One on One Personal Training

Train with Kosta! HardKorr understands that no matter what your fitness goals are, you need to be able to stand before you can run. We always write a personalised training schedule for all our personal training clients based on their specific biomechanics, aerobic fitness, flexibility and injuries.

Having Kosta as a personal trainer will challenge you but the training you get with us will be specific to the results you want. Our passion is to help you get the body you've always wanted. We'll educate you, empower you and motivate you.

Every individual is different so every individual needs a different program. Cookie cutter programs and workouts of the day don't produce the best results as you're trying to force everyone into the same mold. We all have individual aspects of flexibility, mobility, strength, injuries history and training experience. A good program takes all of these into account and is designed specifically to you and your desired result.

Semi Private Personal Training

Semi Private Personal Training allows you to train with Kosta, 3 times per week for 1 hour each time, for the same price as 1 single personal training session. 3 times the sessions means 3 times the results! I know you want to see results fast, that's why we tailor a program that's exactly right for you and your individual bio mechanics, experience and personality. There are no generic group workouts here! You get your own tailor made weights program geared towards weight loss, fat loss, strength and overall health and fitness. We do this by completing a complementary 1 hour health and fitness assessment before you begin your semi private personal training. That way we can figure out the best way to train you.

Online Personal Training

Tired of trying to come up with the best workouts and follow the best diet for you? Trying to find an online personal trainer to do it for you? Let us take all the decisions out of your training and nutrition for you. Online Personal Training is for people who cannot easily get to our gym or simply prefer to train at home. Our online coaching program will give you the next best thing to having your own expert personal trainer. It's also ideal for anyone who feels like they're not getting the most out of a gym membership and need some motivation and accountability. You'll get a new program updated every 3-4 weeks, full online support and motivation to drive towards your results, all for a fraction of the cost of having a one-on-one personal trainer.
